Platinum Sponsors are also guaranteed a presentation during the meeting. Have any swag you want in everyone’s bag?Providing something to be included in every attendee bag!

Gold Sponsor: 1 Table with premium placement in exhibit hall with one credit earning table staff. Recognition on the website and program as a Gold Sponsor.

Basic Exhibitor Sponsor: 1 Table with 1 table staff, no CE credit.

Exhibit Hall Passport Inclusion (Limit 20 Vendors)

Drive traffic to your table by including a question in our attendee passbook that each attendee will ask. In order for each attendee to receive the CE credits for the passbook, they will need the correct answer to every question. Nothing drives more traffic to your table than participating in our Passbook! Your logo and question will be printed in the passbook included in every attendee bag.

Exhibitor Hall setup will begin at 7am on Wednesday. The exhibitor hall will open during the morning break at 9:45am. Exhibitor hall breakdown will begin at 11am Friday just before lunch.
