Registration Pricing

 

Exhibitor table all-inclusive: $800.00 

Exhibitor table w/ electricity: $875.00 

Exhibitor w/ two tables: $1500.00 

 Exhibitor Platinum Sponsor (cost includes 2 tables): **$1850.00

 

*$60 - Charge for each Additional Exhibitor Registrant

 

 

Tables include: 6' table, two chairs, wastebasket, *TWO complimentary registrations (for exhibitors only) two complimentary drink tickets and two box lunches.

 

Platinum Sponsorship Includes: Two 6' tables and all of the above, plus preferential placement in the exhibit hall and company name and logo on program/printed materials, table tents in the dining areas, t-shirts, and proudly displayed in the exhibit hall.

 

We are offering a passport sponsorship for $50 this year! We will include you in a passport book attendees can fill out to win raffle prizes. You can now register for this opportunity on our registration page.

Hotel Room Block

 

 

A room block has been secured at the Hilton at a rate of $169 per night.

Tour bus service to North End/Wynn Casino 5:30-10:30pm

 

Friday October 25th
